how to migrate no POSIX user to freeipa

hi

i want migrate my user from ldap to freeipa
but some user haven't POSIX attribute
so i run
ipa migrate-ds --bind-dn=cn=manager,dc=zyz,dc=com ldap://172.16.10.202:389 --user-ignore-attribute=jpegPhoto passwd

how to migrate no POSIX user to freeipa ？
