RHOSP 8 on VirtualBox and Windows host

Anyone get RHOSP 8 running in a pure virtualbox setup on a windows host? My setup is as follows:

1 VM running RHEL
1 VM running CentOS 7 with 3 nested VMs (using virsh)

My undercloud is installed, and I'm getting as far as openstack baremetal introspection bulk start. It's kinda flakey but I can see it power on the nested VMs, but nothing happens after that and it fails introspection. I've increased the timeouts for nova and ironic as I've seen others do in a virtual environment, and i gave ironic access to the nested vm power management a la /etc/polkit-1/localauthority/50-local.d/50-libvirt-user-root.pkla.

Since this is a virtual environment, i am using pxe_ssh. Any suggestions?
