RH 6.6 - Yum Update - [Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 7 - "couldn't connect to host"
Ever since renewing my RH license I am getting the following error:

I have attempted everything listed as a solution on https://access.redhat.com/solutions/291643 , but have not had any luck.
This is the contents of my yum.conf:

Nmap Returns the following:

Net Cat returns:

I am not behind a proxy and I am not being filtered by a firewall. Again, everything worked before the subscription expired and I have since purchased a new one. I have registered my system on the RH site and I see the box listed under my "subscriber inventory" as being attached, active, and having access to the yum repos.
