jboss-eap-6.4: Keystore and masked passwords

I created a Keystore and masked the Keystore password. However, configuring JBoss EAP 6.4 to use the Keystore for decryption or adding a new password for masking failed with the error: 'duplicate vault'.
Do you know a solution for this issue?

Another question is: do I have to restart the server if I add a new password to the Keystore?
