neutron-lbaas-agent in OSPD-9

Hi All,

Very much just getting started with OpenStack & OSPD so please forgive my ignorance.

Before I start editing individual controller node config files, is it possible to translate the steps in this article into a *.yaml file that can then be passed into 'openstack overcloud deploy' ::

I tried to deploy an example 3-tier web app HOT ::

Received this error::

ERROR: Failed to validate: : resources.network_setup: : HEAT-E99001 Service neutron is not available for resource type OS::Neutron::Pool, reason: Service endpoint not in service catalog

that I believe relates to the neutron-lbaas-agent not being installed: 'neutron agent-list' doesn't list this particular plugin
