Best practice RHVH 4.0 node static route

What is the best practice for a static route in RHVH version 4.0 node?

Is there a custom properties setting within the RHV Manager?
Like ethtool_opts for setting for example lro off and sg off maybe something like route_set ???

Or do I need to put a route- file on the file system?

I have searched the discussions already and I could found some discussions but these are only for version 3.X.
