"Unable to validate token: Identity server rejected authorization" message when I run openstack ironic command

I run the command:
ironic node-create -d pxe_ipmitool

It fails with the message:
CRITICAL keystonemiddleware.auth_token [-] Unable to validate token: Identity server rejected authorization necessary to fetch token data

Keystone, ironic and glance services are all running.

Have attached both keystone and ironic conf files.
