7.3 packages showed up on 7.2 Workstation repo

My workstations are automatically getting 7.3 packages even if I have I have it specifically set to use 7.2 Workstation repo (Not 7Workstation). Has anybody seen this issue? My repos are managed by pulp/satellite (ver 6.2.2)
