I can't find php-mysqlnd

Due to the specification of a piecce of client software we had to remove mariadb and install mysql.
Now there is an issue with php-mysql having a library conflict. the error is below.
PHP Warning: mysql_real_escape_string(): Headers and client library minor version mismatch. Headers:50547 Library:50631
Some online suggestions are to replace php-mysql with php-mysqlnd.
But I can' find this package in any Red Hat 7 repos, whereas its available in in a Centos 7 system as standard.

Does anyone know where I can find a slot in package for Red Hat 7
