Support for "managed" repositories

We are working out our end to end developer workflow. In order to effectively collaborate across developers on the team, and merge developer branches into master, what is the recommended approach? Seems like the "Managed Repositories" feature in kie workbench would help with this, but I don't see it in business-central.

Developers can work with branches in Eclipse, deploy their kjars to business-central, and testing their BPM processes in their own test environments. But it seems like this approach won't be compatible with our interest in ALSO using business-central to select branches and do release testing.

Maybe I'm missing something?
