Are Oracle Modules integrated into Red Hat Satellite 5.6?

I have a ticket open with Support, however haven't gotten anywhere with it, so I wanted to ask it here and see if anyone knows.

Recently our DBA has applied a number of patches from Oracle that are dated of July 2016. There were two software modules that were flagged as old when the patches were applied. The name of the modules are APEX and Oracle Warehouse Builder, that were created on 8/15/2009.

Do we know if these are used or intergrated into the Red Hat Satellite 5.6?

I've looked online, Red Hat documentation and Red Hat Satellite 5.6 documentation and can't find anything that would provide information along with Oracle documentation too.
