Starting problem of FHC

When I gave this command in windows 7 operating system for installation of fhc: npm install -g fh-fhc
I got this:- c:\Users\986216\AppData\Roaming\npm
'-- fh-fhc@1.1.5
Is my fhc installed?
Because when i tried to test it using the command: fhc -v
It gives:'fhc' is not recognized as an internal or external command.

What is the problem? Please providse the solution.
