NFV Orchestration with OpenStack

Hi,
I am planning on telco NFV testing with RH OSP as VIM layer. I am planning to use RedHat KVM, RedHat Ceph in compute and storage nodes. Here I have few queries to resolve at the beginning.
1.) I have read some articles that some other vendors use Carrier Grade OpenStack as their VIM in NFV. (Eg:- HP Helion OpenStack). What is the capability of using RedHat OSP in Telco carrier-grade networks.
2.) Do RH OSP support fault management, service failure notification etc. ?
3.) Do anyone have idea of advantages using Cloudify over OpenStack Heat for cloud orchestration?
