When Licenses Expire, what happens

If I install and configure a Puppet Master (which I believe requires the build and configuration of a Red Hat Satellite Server) and then 5 days later the licenses expire...

What happens to the environment?

Can I continue to write and test code against test nodes? Will I have to rebuild the whole server? Will my puppet modules be lost and I need to rebuild and re-import from a Git repository?

Will the Puppet Master just simply croak and the puppet module will just cease to carry one functioning?

Or, does it mean that no newly written (or recently edited) modules can be uploaded into "The Content" tab is it?
