Multiple subnets not working

Dear All,

My Virtual Env is RHEV3.5 based (2 Physical hosts and RHEVM) physical hosts and rhevm are in the same subnet.
Now I need to assign IP to VM from different subnet.
I added new Network called XYZ to RHEVM and create the VM with NIC belongs to XYZ network and assigned IP from different subnet to it but it did not work.
Can anyone support ?
