Container "Zombie"

I´m using Jboss Fuse 6.2.0 and 6.2.1, and both has a strange behavior.

I stop the Fuse using /bin/stop and the containers still alive in the linux.

When i type the command: ps aux | grep the container is alive in linux. (in this moment the jboss fuse is stopped. The command bin/client dont work) To stop the container i need execute the command kill -9

What is it?
