Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Resource Management Guide - No CPUQuota

Looking at the RHEL 7 Resource Management Guide there is no mention of the CPUQuota systemd service option. The CPUQuota functionality is likely the kind of resource capping people are primarily looking for and requires far less effort than configuring cpushares etc.
