Compare password change to dictionary

Is there a plug-in or native way to configure the RedHat Directory server to compare someone's password change to a dictionary file of common words and/or keyboard patterns? I can't seem to find where or if this exists in the Directory server. I am on RedHat 6.4 and DS version 1.1.7
