Host Creation for Rhel 5 existing hosts

Can I manage Rhel 5 systems that were built outside of Sat. server 6. . I moved all of my existing rhel 6 hosts over with no problem. The problem I'm running into is that I can't create rhel 5 hosts in Sat. server 6 to be managed. Where if any can I obtain the hammer_cli for rhel 5 systems?
