CXF-RS Capacity

Folks I have a bundle deployed in JBOSS FUSE 6.20 with some endpoints of RESFULL web services.
Using a jmeter capacity test, I see with my webservice accepts an average of 400 simultaneous calls.

how can I set the amount of calls that the esb must accept in a restfull endpoint?
