Couldn't share keys

After rebooting the machine, I get this annoying box at the top left corner:
Couldn't share keys
Can't publish discovery information on the network

How can I get rid of this message?

I am using RHEL7 kernel version 3.10.0-327.18.2.el7.x86-64

Any input would be greatly appreciated!
