Logwatch is is not consistent with sending out daily logs

Have noticed with Logwatch from our logging server that there will be a few days where I won't get an email with the previous days transactions and then some days, it's always there. There seems to be no root cause for this.

I've looked thru the man page and didn't see anything on how to troubleshoot. I've looked online and found a few URLs, however no answers.

This is Logwatch 7.3 for RHEL5 x68_64. I see the latest package is 7.3-10 from the Red Hat website, so I think I have the latest version.

All of my servers have been upgraded from syslog to rsyslog earlier this year.

I'm not sure what else to list here to troubleshoot.

I'm not sure if anyone has experienced this or what they did to troubleshoot.
