help needed for rpm naming convention

Hello,

maybe a stupid question.
I have to update a system but want to stay within the minor release (RHEL 6.6).

Assumed I have the following rpm
glibc-2.12-1.149.el6_6.11.x86_64.rpm

does el6_6.11 means,
it is for
RHEL 6.6 (6_6)
update number 11 (for 6.6)?
