How to 'Move' a RHEL 6.7 Server to New Hardware??

We have a couple of RHEL 6.7 servers on physical single processor hardware.
We want to move them to dual processor hardware.
Can I just take the physical hard drives out of the old servers and place them in the new servers?
(Same RAID configuration)
