Mondo Rescue for RHEL 7

I'm using RHEL-7. when i was working on SAMBA service activation and while tuning parameters of OPENSSL the system got crashed and re-installed the OS and list of software on top of it.
To avoid those kind of situation in future, would like to install Mondo Rescue Disaster Recovery Tool.

As per the link(http://www.tecmint.com/how-to-clone-linux-systems/) the Mondo Rescue Disaster Recovery Tool can be implemented.
Can any one in this community have already used Mondo Rescue Disaster Recovery Tool and manage to recover the data.

All your suggestions and recommendation regarding MONDO or other recovery IMAGING Methods are welcome.
