Set a login banner on Red Hat Satellite 5.6?

Is there anyway to create or set a login banner for the web UI for Red Hat Satellite 5.6?

I've looked online and couldn't find any info, nor any info from the Red Hat Satellite documentation that pertains to 5.6.
