frequently getting MODCLUSTER000042 error even apache is down.

Below is the error which i am getting frequently in Jboss servers logs. Could anyone please let me know the solution for it, if anyone implemented?

Even the host & IP I am getting is different. it is not for the box where i installed jboss.
