git hooks for puppet on Sat6

I've found https://github.com/drwahl/puppet-git-hooks to be pretty good, but to complete the Sat6 workflow I've whipped up the attached post-receive hook.

Any "tag" triggers a pulp-module-build and a hammer repo sync.

You'll have to setup hammer's config for auto login if you want that to work.
