Pulp Red hat minor version Sync

Hello,

Is there a way to sync a repo based on its minor version? An example would be Rhel 6.6.
I know in yum one can limit the upgrade to remain on the specified minor version and perform reposync or even in satellite 6 but not sure how to do this using plain pulp 2.8.
