RHEL 7.2 servers not receiving updates

I noticed today that none of our 7.2 servers that are subscribed directly with Red Hat have received any updates for a week.

'yum list available samba*', for example, is still showing version 4.2.3-11

If I delete /var/cache/yum and allow it to rebuild by running 'yum update', the files in /var/cache/yum/x86_64/7Server/rhel-7-server-rpms that are freshly downloaded are dated 10th March.

Is this a problem with Red Hat's CDN? None of the servers are using a proxy server, so nothing is being cached locally.
