Configure a Satellite to be a insights client to itself

Although Satellite-clients will register themself against their Satellite-server,
I cannot register a Satellite-server as a client to itself: it will always register to RedHat Insights.

On the Customer Portal I can add insights-hosts, which is not possible on the Satellite-server.
