Error during SAP HANA installtion SPS11 on RHEL 6.6

Dear Team,

We have encountered below error while installing SAP HANA SPS11 revision 110 on RHEL 6.6 (VMWARE ESXi 6.0)
Kinldy suggest any hardware/OS dependency for the below error.

ERR : Installation failed
ERR : error installing
ERR : Cannot create Instance
ERR : Cannot create instance
ERR : Cannot create SecureStore

INFO: Starting external program /usr/sap/SID/HDB00/exe/hdbnsutil
