Bonding Host name to eth3

I have RHEL7 server with 4 nics. eth1&2 are bonded for non-routed ip (x.x.x.b).. eth3 is a single port that should be the main ip interface and routable (x.x.x.a). When we reboot the server the DNS entry gets changed from x.x.x.a to x.x.x.b.. Is there a way to change or force the bonding order?
