How to delete my own comments

Hi,

I'm a newbie here, goofed by adding a new comment when I meant to reply to someone else's comment. How can I delete my own comments? The closest I came was editing it and leaving just a single period char. Kind of lame and makes it look like I'm trying to bump my own thread. :P
