cimcli xq returns CIM_ERR_NOT_SUPPORTED

Hi All,

When trying to run execute query on RHEL6.5 with tog-pegasus version 2.12.0, cimcli xq command returns with CIM_ERR_NOT_SUPPORTED. It seems tog-pegasus 2.12.0 has not been compiled with execute query support.
I tried to run:
cimcli xq "Select * from PG_OperatingSystem" and respose I am getting is CIM_ERR_NOT_SUPPORTED.

Where as running same command on RHEL7.0 with tog-pegasus version 2.12.1 Development works properly and gives proper output.

Please suggest possible cause of this behavior.
