Power management and fencing configuration

Dears,

I am using RHEVM 3.5 with 2 hosts 7.2 installed on M820 dell server with IDRAC7 version 2.10.10.10.
After configuring power management it's working fine but RHEVM take a lot of time to know that the host was non responsive and I need to know the options that can be used in RHEVM web GUI ----> power management options like (lanplus=true,delay=10,power_wait=8).
And the using of this option in cluster configuration (Skip fencing on cluster connectivity issues).
