Accessing Red Hat 7.2 ARM Development Preview

I notice in the RHEL 7.2 release notes that the ARM release of RHEL has progressed from Partners to Technology Preview.

Is anyone able to provide details on how to get access to the Technology Preview? Is it through hardware vendors only?

Secondly, is anyone able to link to a compatibility list? or can someone confirm if the Nvidia Jetson TX1 is supported or on the roadmap?
