  • In place upgrade RHEL6.7 to 7.0 fails with tboot enabled kernel

    Posted on

    Hello,

I was trying to upgrade RHEL 6.7 x86_64 installation with tboot enabled.
redhat-upgrade-tool --iso /RH70/rhel-server-7.0-x86_64-dvd.iso fails with error indicating that kernel name doesn't start with /boot/vmlinuz-.
Script parses output from "grubby --default-kernel" and it comes back as "/boot/tboot.gz". Any suggestions?

    Regards,
    Leonard
