RHEL71 cloud-init package for POWER8 Little Endian (ppc64le)

Is there a cloud-init package available for RHEL 7.1 on ppc64le aka 'POWER8 Little Endian distro'?
If so, which repository do I need to enable to download and install this package via yum?
