Cannot create openshift application for the bmp6 course

Dear all,
I just enrolled for the BPMS6 course. When i try to create the application for the course from jbds or the openshift web console i get the following error:
"Unable to complete the requested operation due to: No district nodes available. Please try again and contact support if the issue persists. Reference ID: cdcad2cedfe97f4926abe225ab0d253c".
