how to configure symantec AV in RHEL 6

Hi , i followed this article from symantec How to install Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.5 (RU5) on Linux operating system. But symantec av is still shown as offline. The background is My server get it patches from the separate proxy servers. Are there ports that need to be configured on the proxy server in order to get av signatures directly. Or how I can configure to connect to symantec mgt server directly.
