dogtag pki ocsp responder

We're using Redhat 7.1 in a test environment, working towards getting dogtag CA services up and running. So far, we've got the CA server stood up and can issue certificates via the API. However, we're needing an OCSP responder setup, but there seems to be a disconnect in the documentation regarding which package is required to get this setup.

Looking over the sparse documentation, the Redhat Certificate Server and the Fedora PKI dogtag docs refer to installing the pki-ocsp package but this package is not available for Redhat 7.1. Does anyone know how to install an OCSP responder that integrates with dogtag pki?
