Problem start BPM Cluster

I configured a BPM cluster but I've two problem.

The first is about quartz library, it doesn't contain the class to manage oracle db so I tryed to download quartz-all-1.8.5.jar and renamed to quartz-1.8.5.jar, and works correctly, but does somebody tell me if this operation is correct?

The second is a warning I have after the start:

how I can remove this warning?
