PERL Modules RPM Channels

Hello,
We have various RHEL 6.x and 7.x servers at work (both virtual and physical). The majority of them don't have access to the outside world so we are using an internal repository that reposyncs with RHEL channels. Recently the need came from a department to being able to install Perl modules. Since that server group cannot access internet , thus use CPAN, i need to "activate" a channel or to reposync with an external repository that contains perl modules in order for him to install some of them using yum. Is there such a channel in red hat?
