Mysterious IP for subscription downloads

My firewall team discovered that my RHEL 6 server when downloading patches was using 182.51.200.251
which does not resolve to any host (subscription.rhn.redhat.com or cdn.redhat.com, or *.akamaiedge.net servers).
So now they are blocking my ability to download patches. What does that ip address belong to?
