problem with installation of ews2.0 or jws3.0

has anyone encountered a problem when intall ews2.0 or jws3.0 on windows x64 that cmd shows "cannot load /modules/x.so into server: \xd5\xd2\xb2\xbb\xb5\xbd\xd6\xb8\xb6\xa8\xb5\xc4\xb3\xcc\xd0..."
i'm sure that i have put .so file into the correct folder path. How can i solve this problem?
