HPC head and compute nodes on RHEL 7.x?

Is RHEL 7.x treated the same way as RHEL6.x when it comes to HPC head node and compute nodes? Is any documentation for RHEL 7.x and HPC builds available? I can't seem to find anything as far as documentation for HPC head and compute nodes with RHEL 7.x. Thanks!
