Satellite (semi)-HA - howto ?

Hi all,

we have two Satellite servers licences: one for prod and one for dev (for now). Ideally would like to keep both the servers in a sort of HA
so if, for example, when we have maintenance window for one of them (OS or Satellite upgrade) we could switch/re-register all hosts
from one to the other.

How do you guys cope with this requirements ?
