Cluster.conf to CIB.xml

We were using HA with Corosync and an Older version of Pacemaker which used CMAN and the cluster.conf file. We are upgrading to Pacemaker 1.9 which uses the cib.xml file instead. I had hoped when we upgraded, it would read the cluster.conf file and write the config to the cib.xml file but it did not. Does anyone know of a tool to configure the cib.xml with the configuration of the cluster.conf file. I was not the person who set up the cluster.conf configuration and so the learning curve to learn everything which is already working in the cluster.conf file would take quite a bit of time. Am hoping there is an easier way to just port the conf over to the cib.
