Satellite 5.* - more than one license and possible HA ?

Hi all,

I would like to ask you how do you deal with Satellite HA when you have more than one Satellite license (let's stick with Satellite 5 for now)?
I mean if you have two Satellite servers and one of them failed (or have maintenance window for any reason ...)
do you have any plans to re-assign all nodes registered to it to another server ?
This process doesn't seem to be straight forward (you have to change number of subscriptions on RHN and than generate new certificate and than apply it ....).

How do you guys cope with it ?
